Visit a shop on the list and fill out the answer for that location. You can answer as many (or as few) different questions as you’d like. Once you’re finished, drop off the form with your name and phone number at the Viroqua Chamber office (220 S Main St. Suite 162) or at the McIntosh Memorial Library by December 1st, or submitted online.

New this year, you can also take a photo of your answers and email it to promotions@viroqua-wisconsin.com by December 1st.

Supporting Viroqua: Why Shopping Local Matters

Supporting local businesses is more than a transaction; it’s an investment in your community. When you choose to shop at local stores, dine at neighborhood restaurants, or utilize services from nearby professionals, you’re contributing to the vibrancy of your community. Here’s why it matters:

1. Personalized Service

Local businesses often provide a level of service that larger chains can’t match. They take pride in getting to know their customers personally, offering tailored recommendations, and providing a more intimate shopping or service experience.

2. Strengthening the Community

Your purchases at local businesses directly impact your community’s economy. Every dollar spent at a local business helps in creating jobs, supporting families, and fostering economic growth right where you live.

3. Unique Offerings

From one-of-a-kind products to specialized services, local businesses often offer unique and niche options that aren’t available in larger retail chains. By supporting them, you’re preserving diversity in offerings and contributing to a vibrant local culture.
