Embark starts with organic Maple Syrup, harvested right at our farm in the Driftless region of Wisconsin. The Products: All of our products are made from real, simple foods, certified organic and of the highest quality. Each one is an exploration of the unique and unexpected places Maple shines. The Purpose: When we are in our woods we experience a deep sense of belonging, purpose and peace. Our business exists to preserve our little patch of land, better our stewardship of the earth, and make the good energy we find in our forest accessible and welcoming to everyone. The Place: At Embark we are farmers and adventurers, and it seems our souls are intertwined with a small patch of forested hills in the Driftless region of Wisconsin. Everything we do is fueled by the Good Energy we find here, and everything we receive goes back into caring for the place we call home.
