Coulee Roots Movement

Coulee Roots Movement offers martial arts and self-defense classes for kids six years to 16 years as well as adult classes for 17 and up. It is also a movement play space for kids to adults that is rentable by the hour, and further has an infrared sauna recovery space in the back that is also rentable by the hour. We host seminars in the martial arts, movement, and health education realms and are open to other movement practitioners sharing the movement practitioners utilizing the space for personal or group training or classes.
