This year marks two decades since we fired up our first roaster in the middle of Viroqua. From sharing coffees with producers we’ve known since the very beginning, to opening cafes, launching our Minimum Price Guarantee, and even being honored as Roaster of the Year (twice!)—the most meaningful part has always been the people alongside us.
