Our chef, Cecilia Nguyễn, was raised in the coffee-growing Central Highlands of Vietnam where she learned traditional cooking from her large family.She loves growing organic vegetables and flowers and preparing both meat and vegan versions of fresh Asian cuisine from spring rolls and pho soup to sushi. She is excited to offer a weekly lunch menu on Tuesdays at the Commons and share some of her favorite recipes.
