We’re turning 1 and love a good costume party, and it’s fest season, so we’re combing both celebrations together and calling it out Oktoberfestiversary!
Here’s everything that’s going down for the day!
We’re open at 11am as normal and the harvest parade goes right past our taproom so feel free to come grab a seat and a pint to watch!
At 4pm (or really, after the parade) things really start going!
-Driftless Provisions is going to be selling brats and some fun traditional fest sausages starting at 4pm until they run out!
-We have a commemorative 20oz ceramic stein available for sale for $15/each, and buying one allows you to buy a larger pour in your mug of any oktoberfest or festbier we have on draft for only $5 for the rest of the night! There will be limited quantities, so if interested come early as we’ll start selling them right at 4pm!
-Stein Hold Competition – 6pm
Sign up between now and the event for our Stein Holding competition! Hold a Stein directly out from your shoulder for as long as possible and the last person still holding up their stein from all the competitors will win a 30oz Custome Victory Stein as a prize that they can drink out of the rest of the night! Only 20 spots available, so come in and sign up if you’re interested in competing!
-Costume Competition – 7pm
Come wear your best costume or Oktoberfest attire and have a chance to win a $100 gift card! Sign up when you come in that day and staff will each vote on our favorites and we’ll announce our top3 with the winner receiving the $100 gift card! 2nd and 3rd place will get $25 gift cards. You must be present to win!
We’ll be tapping several festbiers so you can try through some of our favorites that we’ve had this season! Also we’ll have some really fun beers to put on draft too that we’ll announce as we get closer to the event!
We’ll be open until 10pm or so as usual, so come and celebrate and get fuzzy with us on September the 28th!
