Adult Program Stream Table | McIntosh Memorial Library | August 22 @ 6pm – 7pm

Our adult program, a Stream Table Demonstration, will take place on August 22 at 6:00 pm in the Viroqua Library courtyard, Heidi Kueler, Field Habitat Biologist from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, will lead a hands-on experience where people learn how rivers work and how we in our communities can impact them both positively and negatively. We will learn basic stream terminology, how they function in the watershed by interacting with groundwater, and what we can do to protect them and the fish and wildlife that live there!
