Join us under the arbor for a demo with Mark and Rachel from Parker Farmstead, a family farm rooted in tradition since 1870.

They’ll share the story of their multi-generational farm and how it became a business built on heritage, hospitality, and good food. They’ll prepare a seasonal sample that connects back to their story, farm-grown, nourishing, and delicious.

Hosted by Chef Joseph Meyer, executive chef at Latarnia Guest House, this demo will inspire you to slow down, savor, and support local.

Enjoy the Third Thursday Market in the garden from 5-8pm alongside this event.
